4-Axis ZAi - MX15 UAV Window Cleaning Drone 40kg Payload UAV With Avoidance Radar commercial Quadcopter
The ZAi-MX15 is a 4-axis multi-functional washing UAV with a modular design, which can be adapted to 2 different mounts, including fixed and oscillating nozzles, and is equipped with 4 different angles of nozzles to meet various cleaning needs. It adopts a folding design for easy transportation and storage, and features a quick release mode that enables 1-minute deployment. Equipped with dual RTK configuration and radar obstacle avoidance front vision sensor, it can perceive surrounding obstacle information in real time, ensuring safe flight. It supports tethered water supply operation, allowing long uninterrupted operation without being limited by water tank capacity. With a maximum take-off weight of ≤24.9 kg, it is suitable for high-altitude cleaning operations such as building facades, photovoltaic panels, insulator strings, and towers.
Working Principle
The ZAi-MX15 window cleaning drone is equipped with a fuselage, propeller engines, a flight control system, and cleaning devices. It can achieve autonomous operation through intelligent route planning, where routes can be set for different cleaning scenarios in advance via the ground control station, and the drone flies automatically according to the preset path. During operation, the cleaning device works by spraying high-pressure water (with a maximum pressure of 20MPa) through nozzles. The fixed nozzle can keep the fuselage away from the wall for safe operation, while the oscillating nozzle has a 45° swing range, and its swing speed can be adjusted according to the stain level of the cleaning surface. The operator can control and monitor the drone through the ground control station in a safe location, and take timely measures in case of emergencies to complete the cleaning task.
